SmartTagIt is an application where workers record a video of them discussing their daily plans. The list of questions prompts (what you are seeing) are incorporated in the application and are to be asked and discussed during each video. The only caveat is that the person recording is the only one who can see the list of questions. So we are creating this bifold to distribute to workers so they can see the questions as well and keep this in their vest. This is both in English and Spanish.
